Pet Policy

Garden Villa is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence and a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month. There is also a refundable $300 deposit required per pet. We do not have breed restrictions. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
